System description

Aerial photography system with vertical take-off and landing. Complex takes-off from a site with a radius of 5 m, can work in a confined space and accurately bend the relief. With Geoscan 401 Geodesy, you can survey high-rise structures (pipes and utility poles), objects with pronounced relief and significant altitude differences (quarries) or vertical surfaces (facades). Due to the onboard geodetic GNSS receiver, the obtaned images allow the creation of the precise georeferenced orthophotos and 3D models.

Automatic control

The system includes a ground control station with pre-installed “Geoscan Planner” flight planning software.

With Geoscan Planner you can easily set up survey parameters, specify landing point, perform a preflight system check and launch the UAV. During the flight mission, GCS displays UAV status and position, that allows see aerial photography progress.

After the flight, obtained images can be imported to Agisoft Metashape and viewed along the flight path.
